During our time together we will explore the nagging questions that you can’t seem to answer, bring clarity to otherwise gray areas, and identify the path ahead that will lead you to a fulfilling work life.
Bronze Package Details
This package is ideal for the job seeker who simply needs help refining and updating their resume and LinkedIn profile. During the review, you’ll receive specific feedback and insight into best practices to highlight your best accomplishments and better your chances of being seen by Recruiters and Hiring Managers. This package includes a 60 minute on-on-one phone or video consultation with a professional Coach to who will conduct a thorough review and provide the guidance you need to create an impactful resume and LinkedIn profile. Silver Package Details
In addition to the above, you will receive an extra 30 minute session for a 2nd review of your resume and LinkedIn profile. Additionally, you will learn how to leverage your network, approaches that aid in avoiding the ‘Black Hole’, and job search best practices that will assist you in getting more interviews. Gold Package Details
In addition to the above, you will receive advice and guidance on how to best prepare for the interview and be ready for any potential curve-ball questions (and we’re not talking about ‘What kind of tree would you be?’). You will also create a personalized job search strategy and walk away with the elements that will help you conduct a targeted and efficient search. This package includes two (2) hours of coaching. In addition to the above, you will receive a DiSC assessment that will offer you an in-depth understanding of your communication style, how you are perceived by others, and your particular motivators and stressors.
