Corey Stanford is the President of Scaling Leaders LLC, a boutique coaching and development firm based in Colorado Springs, CO.
He is an experienced professional coach and workshop facilitator with a track record of success leading high-performance teams and coaching professionals to achieve their goals.
Before becoming a coach, Corey filled senior leadership roles in public companies such as GNC Holding, Inc. He left his corporate leadership role in 2013 to pursue his passion for helping people become the best version of themselves through coaching and related services.
Corey has provided ongoing coaching to over 300 professionals at all organizational levels across almost 40 countries. He has also been privileged to deliver workshops to many organizations on topics such Emotional Intelligence, Agility and Team Cohesion.
Corey has extensive experience coaching in Media agencies and Technology. Clients include: Amazon, The Veteran’s Administration, BMW, The United Nations and dozens of high-growth tech companies
In addition to holding an Executive MBA and B.S. in Health, Corey is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and will earn the coveted Master Certified Coach designation in the summer of 2020.
He is certified to deliver several assessments and trainings including Everything DiSC® and The Five BehaviorsTM.
Corey is a contributing author to The Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation, and he co-authored the book titled Emotional Well-Being: From Science to Practice.
