What is The Career Buzz? The ICC Career Buzz Transition Group provides a framework for senior level Human Resource and Talent Management Professionals to network and connect with other like professionals in order to move their job search forward.

It is the function of ICC to facilitate an environment that allows participants to gain insightful feedback and advice from professionals specializing in the area of Career Transition while allowing for collaboration among peer members to maintain a healthy network of colleagues.

• Networking – Participants expand their network to include peers that are fully engaged in the process of providing feedback, answering questions, providing qualified job leads and making referrals when necessary.
• Qualified Job Leads – As a member, participants are not only hearing about job leads during the meetings, but are notified via LinkedIn as soon as ICC becomes aware of HR Jobs in the community.
• Motivation – participants will maintain a motivation in their job search by participating on a regular basis with fellow HR colleagues.

• Confidentiality – Participants are asked to respect the privacy of other members of the group. All discussions during the meeting are to remain confidential.

Facilitator Information and Role

At ICC, we believe firmly that the success of a business lives and dies by its people. At ICC we take underperforming teams and leaders and turn them into highly performing teams and leaders that add value to the bottom line. Acting as an extension to companies’ internal resources, we accomplish this thru leadership development, executive coaching and when they cannot be helped or you find yourself with excess headcount, we help them onto their next opportunity thru outplacement.

As facilitators, ICC pledges to keep the group on task, maintain a level of committed members, bring new members up to speed, support the networking and job search strategies of the members, and be open to constructive ideas proposed by the group.

Meeting Structure

• Meetings are held at ICC on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month from 9:00 am to 11:00 am., 1873 S. Bellaire St, suite 750, Denver, CO 80222
• Meetings are free of charge
• 2 Hour on-street parking is available on Bellaire St., Covered Visitor Parking is available at 1873 S. Bellaire on the first level of the garage.

Each Session will include the following:

• Introductions
• Update on Recent Activities
• Members or guest speaker to cover highlighted areas of interest to the group
• Lead generation and referrals
• Member’s First Meeting Requirements
