ODN – GDR: Work of Leaders Assessment

June 12, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The Strategy of Vision, Alignment and Execution

Wednesday June 12, 2019: 1:00-5:00pm

ABOUT THE SESSION

Learn how to engage the Work of Leaders using the framework of Vision, Alignment and Execution. This session will demonstrate how OD practitioners can encourage leaders and influencers to understand their own leadership styles and how to improve their effectiveness with teams in their organizations. It promotes team members working together to maximize strengths in order to accomplish shared goals and objectives. In this hands-on program, assess your skill level in the 18 best practices for the Work of Leaders based on six years of Wiley research. There will be an opportunity to apply the model to a key initiative for your own work: how to craft a Vision, gain Alignment by getting buy-in of key people and Execute to meet your goals. This session is applicable to new or experienced practitioners as well as formal and informal leaders. Julia will also share her experience and lessons learned facilitating the Work of Leaders program for a global client in Germany, Singapore, New York and California.

**All attendees will have the opportunity to take the full Work of Leaders assessment as a follow-up to participating in the session free of charge (a $125 value)**
