ChatLingual is on the verge of tripling our staff and opening offices in EMEA! You will help design and implement our HR strategy, creating experiences that strengthen ChatLingual’s culture, and drive initiatives to help our people feel fulfilled, productive, and inspired. Expect to:

  • Participate in recruiting.
  • Enhance our current onboarding program.
  • Monitor new hire data and retention statistics.
  • Stay up to date on human resources trends and laws.
  • Ensure compliance of local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage ChatLingual’s relationship with Gusto, our HR and benefits systems.

Oh, and of course, the catch-all clause: perform other duties as the company may need.

Key Qualifications

The HR rock star is a native collaborator and a clear, concise communicator. They work closely with cross‐functional teams. They are a self-motivated, independent self‐starter, and juggle myriad tasks with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with Gusto and Guru are definite bonus qualifications but not required.

Education & Experience

We are open to exceptions, though you likely have:

  • Seven or more years of progressive people operations or HR experience;
  • Experience as a one-person HR department or as part of a small team in a high growth phase;
  • A bachelor’s degree, which is preferred but not required; and
  • SHRM-CP or PHR/SPHR certification, also preferred.
  • Experience working with GEO other global HR experience preferred but not required

Compensation, dependent on experience, is $75,000-$130,000
