ABOUT THE SESSION
Great Place to Work® is a global people analytics and consulting firm that focuses on high-trust workplace cultures. In recent research, we are seeing that companies with a For All culture grow their revenue as much as three times faster than companies where employees have less positive experiences. In this session, we will explain what a For All culture is and what it looks like, how leaders can close gaps and create an outstanding culture for everyone, and the advantages of having For All leaders in the organization.
We will review case studies (one will be the Oakland Warriors) of how real organizations are applying the For All culture and succeeding both within their culture and the company bottom line. Participants will be able to reflect on their own cultures through the discussions and will walk away with ideas they can apply to their own organizations.
