ABOUT THE SESSION

Learn a model of leadership that can be applied to develop senior leaders, senior leadership teams and inform the cultivation of an “ownership” culture throughout an organization. This session is designed to give organization development professionals an elegant model, with exercises and case studies that operationalize each choice point in the model. Each of the choice points help move a leader and/or team from ineffective to effective; from fear to ownership.

Learning Objectives

Learners will come away with a clear, simple and easy to remember framework for developing leaders, teams and a strong performance culture. They will acquire easy language that is memorable and learn practices to facilitate the implementation of the model in real practical ways.
