This program will walk us through ways to “Engage to Retain” our top talent and reduce turnover through motivation and empowerment. Engage to Retain is a marketing campaign through video-based training designed to assist managers and supervisors with retention through two key components:

Nina Anderson has over 30 years’ experience in the staffing and human resources management industry and currently owns and operates Express Employment Professionals offices in both Grand Junction and Montrose. Nina is an active member of the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors from 2010 through 2014 and active on their workforce and legislative committees. Her involvement with the Grand Junction Chamber legislative committee includes testifying in front of the Colorado legislative bodies regarding human resources and small business topics.
