Throughout our personal and professional lives we’re told we speak up too much or not enough, that our approach is too strong or not forceful enough, or that if we don’t have something positive to say – it’s best to say nothing at all. However, if we truly believe that ‘feedback is a gift’, we all need to be equipped to share feedback, both positive and negative, in a constructive, meaningful, careful and impactful way. In this session, you will learn how best to speak and connect with your colleagues, boss, and direct reports to provide and receive direct and honest feedback, how to have more constructive and high-performing teams, and how to keep things moving forward.
