Website Experience Factor

Experience Factor is helping a Foundation and certified B Corp, find a contract, remote, HR Administrator to help with a large project.  Launched in May 2020 this organization’s goal is to bring fast, reliable, and affordable COVID testing to K-12 districts across the state. They provide free public testing to dozens of communities across the state of Colorado and beyond and have launched ambitious partnerships with enrolled providers across Colorado to close the last mile and get doses to older adults, teachers, and communities of color at scale.

The Important work you’ll do:

  • Help with the overall organization and tracking of a remote and on-site employee population of about 170, non-exempt, employees in Colorado
  • Tracking and updating various employee data in a HRIS
  • Work with various 3rd party vendors/partners ensuring open communication and consistency
  • Supporting Managers and supervisors by responding to various HR related questions
  • Providing HR related guidance related to HR policy and protocols

The important skills you’ll need:

  • Previous HR experience; ability to communicate HR policy to a variety of employees
  • Excellent communication both in writing and verbally
  • Experience working to support a growing, nimble and fast moving organization; flexibility
  • Demonstrated analytical and organization skills
  • Technological savvy; Google Docs experience helpful
  • The ability to commit through December 2021
